Golden hour light does most of the decorating for you.
Every birthday booking is full-venue exclusive, your event is the only one on the rooftop, with no overlapping bookings and no crossed timelines. Bring your own caterer, cake, DJ, and decor, we don't require house vendors.

What Costs Extra For A Birthday Event
Cleaning Fee
A standard cleaning fee applies to all bookings, confirmed at the time of reservation.
Event Insurance
Liability insurance is required for all bookings. Most policies run $75 to $150 through providers like Wedsure or Markel.
Security For Larger Parties
Larger events above a certain guest count may require a licensed security officer, confirmed during booking.
