One table set = 1 table, 8 chairs, and 1 mantle. Seating is priced separately from venue rental, billed by the table set, and sized to your guest count. Sets can be combined or reduced to match your final floor plan.

What Costs Extra For A Proposal Or Engagement Event
Cleaning Fee
A standard cleaning fee applies to all bookings, confirmed at the time of reservation.
Event Insurance
Liability insurance is required for all bookings. Most policies run $75 to $150 through providers like Wedsure or Markel.
Parking For Guests
Free street parking on Elder Ave and Evergreen Ave, plus a lot at 128 Elkwood Ave, useful if you're hiding guests for a surprise reveal.
