The View at Seacoast is a fully open-air rooftop directly above the sand in Imperial Beach, natural light, sea air, and 360° Pacific views built into the practice itself.
The terrace works for a single yoga class, a sound bath or breathwork circle, a half-day retreat, or a full-wellness brand content day. Sunrise sessions catch the morning light off the water, sunset sessions catch the pier and golden hour.
Every booking is single-event exclusive, so your class or retreat has the entire rooftop, no foot traffic, no other groups sharing the space, and no interruptions mid-session.

What Costs Extra For A Wellness Event
Cleaning Fee
A standard cleaning fee applies to all bookings, confirmed at the time of reservation.
Event Insurance
Liability insurance is required for all bookings. Most policies run $75 to $150 through providers like Wedsure or Markel.
Additional Hours
Extra time beyond your booked block is available at the published hourly rate, subject to calendar availability.
